Try making your own seasoning mix and just back off a little on the salt. You need some salt to help the sausage "bind" but not as much as most recipes call for.yesterday i tried Leggs Italian sausage seasoning for the 1st time , really good seasoning other than being a tad to salty for my taste . i will be using it again !!!
