Had some leftover from the other night. Thought a Mexican spin could be fun. Turned out... ok. Was a bit too well done after a second cook. Was still good. Not bad for a Wednesday.

Despite the meat being well done, execution looks well done! Easily eating at least 10 of those!
 
I'd help eat that!

Had leftover tri tip from last night also... but I'm home alone... can't overcook it if sliced cold and eaten straight off the plate lol!

My guy! Reminds me of kitchen supe days haha. My line cooks would look at me funny for eating a cold piece of meat. At least until they understood how hectic it can be and you ain't got time to heat it up.
 
Leftover tritip?
Only thing I don't like about beef leftovers for lunch. Is the tender deep pink centers missing after nuking.
