I had some fatties left over from this weekends smoke. So I cut them up tonight and pit them in some Cento tomato sauce, then over some rigatonis.
I'm telling you, the fatties gave the sauce a nice smoky flavor and it seriously ended up being the best sauce that we have ever tasted. Try it some time!
