Yup - I like using stuff I grew 

  Red & white potatoes. I added carrots, onions & a few radishes. They will stay in the smoker till the ribs are done at which time they will have had a little over 5 hours in there...

Nice! I need to try something like that one of these days. For now I have only concentrated on smoking meat and fish, but I guess it wold be a good idea to venture out also to veggies.

The finished product looks awesome!

Yumm yumm yumm! 

     

The dessert was made with a couple of these little cakes  , Homemade fudgy icing, M & M's, Kit Kat bars & whipped cream. I had to wait for the fudgy icing to set up & hold the Kit Kat bars in place. There was supposed to be another little vanilla cake on top but I ran out of chicken eggs

  

   It still came out really good even without the last cake but it looks goofy with the Kit Kat bars sticking up like that 

Anyway that is the dessert - easy to make & very satisfying
