I hope you all don't mind but I am posting last weeks cook under beef, although I done Beef, Chicken and Fatties.

I am also a bit bummed, had a great recipe I was working on for the Throwdown but couldn't get a hold of any Yoshida's.

This was so far my best smoke, everything came together like I had planned...sort of.

A funny thing about the sauce, it was supposed to be a Raspberry sauce, but by mistake I picked up Blackberries, the mistake however was to my advantage, this sauce is awesome.

I am working on a Smoked Cranberry Barbecue Sauce that will hopefully be done by Thanksgiving.
