Last weekend in February, Whats Smokin'?

Was planning on a weekend out of town, but my daughter is sick and we decided to stay home. Now I think I hear that whole chicken in my freezer asking for a beer can up it's rear, a garlic injection and a smoke bath. We'll see. After reading this thread, some ribs are sounding pretty good too.

Have my recently purchased duo waiting to be seasoned and, since it is still snowing outside with about 5" on the ground, it'll get taken care of tomorrow as I throw down a few. Sunday we'll be smoking some baby backs, a shoulder + butt for pulled pork along with some ABT's

All night smoke tonight of 2 briskets and 1 butt, gonna start at 10:00pm eastern time. At 7:00am I'll put 2 slabs of spares on a WSM. Long night and day.

Invited family and friends for lunch and supper tomorrow.

this weather is downright balmy compared to the below zero smokes I was doing at the beginning of January..

believe it or not my smoker will probably stay cold this weekend

our fire dept is having our annual family style chicken dinner on Saturday
so I will be busy making spaghetti sauce and helping fry 1200 pieces of chicken.
Sunday one of our local bar restaurants is having a Bagna Caulda cook off so I will me making that Garlic anchovies delight on Sunday.
but Im on my long weekend so I may just fire up the smoker on Monday

I am smoking salmon and catfish. Not sure how the catfish will turn out but hoping it does well in smoker

To answer the question, I am pulling my first butt Sunday, (Rain predicted for Saturday), along with some baby backs & a couple of fattys. Gonna make some homemade baked beans with some potatoe salad on the side. Wifey is talking about making some biscuits to go with the meal. Having some relatives over so I need to be at the top of my game. Of course I will post the qviews. Can't wait to see how this butt is gonna turn out. I have gathered so much info from you guys.
