I took a couple pounds of the Piedmontese sirloin roast I had. And cubed. Then marinated in Montreal marinade overnight. And gave each a blanket of bacon. Under the dome are crab meat stuffed mushrooms. Next to that. A couple of ears of corn. Then a pot of salt taters. When we bought this big old grill. I never thought I'd get it loaded up like this!
Yesterday they had a camp wide yard sale going on. One site had fresh green beans.
And I keep a jar of Mt. Olive pickle juice on hand. Too convenient! I just added some spices I had on hand and a 1/4 cup of cider vinegar.
