I am looking for opinions on large commercial pellet smokers. I want to mount one on a trailer for outside commercial smoking. PELLET only, no stick smoking.

Check out Cookshack. They have a 300, 500 and I believe a 750 size. You can mount it on your trailer or purchase already mounted.
Quality of product is great. Pellet usage is great and they are NFS approved.
