I may have to reach out to you on this at some point. I have a Dell laptop I use just for Bill paying and other personal business that I keep in the kitchen. The processor doesn't meet the qualifications so wouldn't let me upgrade.

Give me a little bit to find the workaround again. I have the steps written down ........ just need to find the pad I wrote them down on. I originally got it off youtube but don't remember the channel.

Basically you do it as an upgrade but bypass the checks with CMD commands.

download win 11 to your pc and open CMD as admin. Each place I wrote <space> is an actual hitting of the space bar, not the word.

you aren't actually upgrading to win 11 server edition, it's just part of the workaround.

It will upgrade whatever version of 10 you were running to 11. If 10 pro, you will have 11 pro or if home edition, you will have that

Looks nice to me especially for what you plan on using it for. I would spring for the two year extended warranty though.

I ordered it. I will buy a power bank for travel and put my VPN on it so can watch some tv in Mexico.
