i have 2 tenderloins...whole chicken bird...rack of babies...4 beef short ribs...and a small pork butt going on this afternoon after church!

Aaron, congrats on that awesome cooker. I’m already planning for my upgrade. Probably not gonna happen until next year. By chance did they mention a cover. I heard earlier this year they were possibly going to have one out late July that will fit the reverse flows.

thank you. they did not mention a cover to me. i know for the 36 if you get a charbroil (or even a generic one from amazon) 72" it fits pretty well...for Lucy (48) i was planning on getting a big tarp in a few days. I know there is a custom cover outfit online you can order one but they aren't cheap from what i hear.

yea seasoned her until dark last night. i used a whole can of PAM spray on the inside and out steam cleaned her and and sprayed the cook chamber again. then smoked her empty for 2 hours steam cleaned her again.
in the morning i will post a thread with all my pics from the cook today!
