Round Rock
Fired up the smoker at 5am this morning.

Loaded up the 12lb brisket and 7lb pork butt at 6am.

Looks real good!  Darn, I left to early, I just spent two weeks in Killeen!  I was searching from some good Q there and looks like it was going on in Round Rock!  Nice looking rig you have there too.
