Labor Day NY Strip Dinner

For dinner this Labor Day I pulled out two of my freshly cut NY Strip steaks and the mushrooms and red onion. Going to grill them on the pellet grill this evening.

Im in! I like the shrooms on the veg kababs. I dont know why I have never done that! thank you!

I like to do kebabs like that, except I always add some bell or jalapeño peppers for color!

Thank you David! I really like a good steak. Hard to find one thick enough now adays unless you cut it yourself. I am always cooking just not always remembering to post it take pictures I'm afraid.
