I have a lot of edible pod Sugar Snaps coming on now and ran across this quick pickle recipe for them on Maangchis website. So easy I had to do it and ready in only 24 hours. http://www.maangchi.com/talk/topic/pickled-sugar-snap-peas

I have a feeling I'll be doing more of these soon. From vine to brine in about 30 minutes....how cool is that??
