My wife wanted to make a trip to the Korean market over the weekend so I thought it was time to make some Korean BBQ.

Wagu type steak, pork belly, kimche, rice, seaweed and ssamjang.

I used a different brand of charcoal that was a little too smokey for indoors so outside I cooked.

Wow! That is really cool! We’ve become Korean style BBQ fans, but I’ve held off on a Korean BBQ kit. Where’d you get that? Looks like a lot of fun! Great cook! Points!

Nice cook and nifty grill.
Using charcoal indoors is dangerous due to the carbon monoxide produced.

Amazon. They are more affordable than I expected. Instead of mounting it in the middle of the table my wife had a shafing dish that the base of it is the perfect size to hold the Korean BBQ.
