Kinda new to smooking guy

Hi all,

Been cooking a long time, serious family cooking  since injuries (new & old) has stopped me from working. Bought myself a Masterbuilt electric smoker, just cuz, about a year ago and have been teaching myself how to smoke stuff out hear in the west of the USA in Northern California. Found Smoking Meat a few months ago when looking for best smoking guide for baby backs.
