Just finished smoking my latest ........... venison kielbasa at 10;00 pm Fri eve ........ I forgot to take pics in the smoker ...... here it is after a cool shower

Are those natural casing? If so that's some awesome color! They could pass for mahogany. If they are mahogany, damn I got a good eye.... ROFLMAO

yes they are natural hog casings ......... 8 hours smoke from my AMNPS ......... 2 rows of 1/2 hickory , 1/2 apple pellets
