I'll never scoff at the chance to make some beef & broccori.

Chuck steak sliced thin, velvetted, and then marinated in soy sauce, sesame oil, and seasonings. And a sprinkle of  Make  Shit  Good. Browned the meat, added in the broccoli along with some sliced green onion, and the rest of the marinade. Cook until the sauce thinckens.

Served it over rice with eggrolls. 😋

Nice and simple, yet a tasty dish. Nice work!

NICE. I am slowly getting my asian dialed in. Tried lots of the asian techs velveting/msg/wok hot AF (works insanely good for fried rice) and all work to some extent but was still not happy with it. The key for the way we like it is everything gets blanched in boiling water before saucing. Then from here, using homemade stock. That gets me VERY close to our old fave joint that closed years ago. I actually have their moo goo pretty much cloned. https://www.smokingmeatforums.com/threads/moo-goo.320484/

Looks delish! Gotta love a good simple meal at home.
