Kids turning 8, time to fire it up

What can I say, my soon to be 8 year old daughter LOVES ribs. So this afternoon the pork butt goes on and I’ll be up at 5:30 to throw on three racks of spareribs. Throw on a few sides and we should have a feast. More pics to come(hopefully)

Best of luck and what a great way to treat your daughter!! She's lucky to have a father wo will do things like this for her and you're blessed to have a daughter that loves BBQ. Make the best of it now. Before you know it she will be grown and gone from home.

You are lucky! My daughter is 6 and I cant get her to eat anything but pizza, chicken nuggets, grilled cheese sandwiches, and hot dogs! Look forward to seeing the finished product!
