I found a Tri-Tip for $7.99lb , I needed to feed the addiction.  My daughter is looking for food now, so she popped some popcorn to snack on till dinner.  I'm going to kettle cook this Tri-tip.

On the Weber, indirect heat potato barrier going on.

Temp at 125, seared over direct heat for 2 minutes, flipped and seared another 2 minutes.

seared and resting for 10 minutes.

A little over for me, but the family thought it was great!

Looks great. The doneness is good for me

Always a "go to" dinner around my house.

Nice, we really like TT in this house !
We like it too!  I would say that I've only heard of it for about 6 months, this was my second cook. Where has this been all my life?  LOL

Haha, that's great... Glad ya found it ! It makes some awesome Philly Cheesesteaks as well ! Thumbs Up
