Well after you inspired me to take break from smash burgers I made some of the best burgers I have had in long time. Made them 1/2 lb. Grill was running to hot and they hit 135 about 20 minutes but still had nice smoke on them. Quick sear and melt some cheese. Really juicy and tasty. Thanks. Sorry no pictures.
I like both smash and grilled burgers equally. The thing I’m figuring out about myself is that I like to change it up a lot. It’s good to have options
