Grilled up a few chicken shish kabobs on the kettle.
Glazed with home made teriyaki sauce sprinkled with sesame seeds.
Chicken was marinated over night in same sauce but I reserved enough for the glaze.
Glaze
1 Cup water
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup sherry
2 cloves of finely diced garlic
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Served with rice.
