Kabobs

  1. Grilled up a few chicken shish kabobs on the kettle.
    Glazed with home made teriyaki sauce sprinkled with sesame seeds.
    Chicken was marinated over night in same sauce but I reserved enough for the glaze.
    Glaze
    1 Cup water
    1/2 cup soy sauce
    1/4 cup sherry
    2 cloves of finely diced garlic
    1/2 tsp white pepper
    1/2 tsp ground ginger
    1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
    Served with rice.

    Those kabobs look great, and the glaze looks to just put them over the top!
    Good call with the white rice that’s a nice compliment.

    Points for a good looking healthy meal!

    Just beautiful kebabs! Your glaze did a very good job too... Like! My favorite are lamb and chicken kebabs....
