this spring I had an uncontrollable desire to build a smoker no idea why never had smoked any food before never had eaten much and never saw a uds or even knew that such a thing existed nevertheless in a reoccurring dream that I had i decided to build a smoker and with info from this site figured out how to do it

anyhow I'm still taking great recipes from here and tips to improve my smoking skills so just itroducing myself
