Just some ribs

Doing ribs today. Three racks. Two will get foiled one will not. It will be my fist rack of ribs that not been foiled. Here they are just put on.

How were they? They look fantastic. I still haven’t tried not wrapping ribs I always chicken out lol.

The were great. Perfect bite not fall off the bone. Will most likely do them this way from now on.
