Hey guys, just stopping in to say Hi. I've smoked some food here and there and really enjoy it. I'm still new to the whole game but look forward to seeing what happens out thee in that smoker!
I enjoy the pics on here, look forward to putting my own up to see. I'm using a verticle propane smoker and will be smoking some goodness tonight. Will post pics!
Thanks

P.S. I FRICKIN LOVE THE ABT'S!!!! Whoever came up with that deserves a medal!

I forgot, I'm wanting to add a side fire box (I think that's what it's called) to my Char-Broil propane smoker. I want to start using pellets for longer smoke without reloading the pan.
Where do I get the perforated tray that people are showing in their pics to put the pellets on? I may try modding that sucker this weekend.

The tray you are prob referring to is a amnps. I personally dont have one but I do have the 12" amnts and a 18" amnts... I got both of them from A-maze-n products.com... Todd will get you what you need !!!
