Hello to all of you guys. Figured I'd finnally join this awesome site. Since I get on here enough to get helpful advice. Been smokin meats and anything else I can find... lol. I have a char-broil offset smoker. Has had some modifications of course. But all in all a great smoker. Me and my not so little family are from Oklahoma was born and raised in the southern part of the state. But call Oklahoma city our home for now...
