Beautifully cooked! Big like and mass jealousy! life has been kinda crazy and I am having withdrawals from smokin.

Thanks sandyut.

I know what you mean about life getting crazy sometimes, when it rains it pours. That's the reason for the late thanks and replies to everyone.

When you think about though, TTs only take a couple of hours.

Delicious looking TT for sure!! Love that mahogany color you got.

They are readily available at a higher end grocery store around here but at $13/lb.

I have one left from buying a couple at $6lb from a butcher that ordered them.

Sure wish they were cheaper :emoji_angry:...On an unrelated note, I bought a top sirloin roast at Aldi’s the other day for cheap, hopefully it cooks up like a TT.

Thanks xray.

Tha't why I love using cherry for that mahogany color.

A top sirloin roast should be pretty close I would think. Let us know how it turns out when you try it.

These two are the best friends a guy can have. They will be spoiled while moms away
