Cooked over a maple wood fire about 400* and brushed on a mix of Louisiana hot sauce/honey mix last 15 minutes of cooking. Thanks for looking!

You're in luck because i can only do about 12 at a time the way i like most to  cook them.   They're spun in a roti basket...but if need be i have a setup I can double that.

    Thanks Brian!

Can you believe Case wants me to hang them?   .... you know how many tiny hooks that would take?[IMG]

Those are really good looking FWI . And the Brussel Sprouts , WoW [IMG]  How did you do them , on the Smoker or Stovetop [IMG]  Brusselsprouts are one of my

top 10 veggies and always looking for a new way to dish them up.

Your plate was simple , (I am guessing that was your plated shot) yet made the wings look even tastier.

What are you using for your Smoke , an Egg [IMG]  A good high , so no prob.it Crispy, cool . [IMG]my friend , and keep enticing us , we love it and it

supports our need for Drool [IMG]

. I can do it but I'd need a bunch of wood and I'm getting down to Green stuff , time to hit the road and look

for some and do my Bartering , love that , such a fun way to shop and make friends [IMG]  .

    Have a great Memorial Day and . . .

Paper clips man, one box of paper clips is all you'd need!

I'm using my open top barrel cooker with a maple split fire and I laid some rebar off to the side to hang the veggies.   After they cooked I put them into a butter sauce with seasoning....really like a little Tony's
