...no matter the weather, we will cook through it! Lol. Gridded up some shrooms n cheese, and chicken quesodillas tonight.
Had to use up some mushrooms and paired them with some mozzarella cheese and creamy Italian dressing in a wrap. The rest was layered mozzarella, sour cream, onions, peppers, chicken( seasoned with olive oil, garlic salt and paprika)and mild cheddar on top. Great mix and great flavor
