hi everybody im steve from so. west florida i fish and hunt and love smoked meat and fish. i have an old charcoal smoker but now im planning on buying an electric smoker. i have settled on the smokin-it 2. i think it will be perfect for me as i can go out on the boat or work around the house and not have to watch it closely. here in florida with our weather i will use it year around. this looks like a great forum and i cant wait to learn different ideas thank you all
