I am Cliff and I live in Colorado Springs. I am getting ready to retire and I just purchased an Akorn Kamodo style smoker. I also have an offset firebox smoker that I have used for several years. I love smoked brisket and was looking for some idesa on hoy to smoke a different way than I have been using when I found your website.
