Finished it up last night. Getting ready to do a nice empty smoke and see how she smokes. Didn't use castors as I like to wheel barrow it around. I don't plan on having to move it once its lit. Somebody at Weber must of had a UDS when he designed their grills. The lid fits so snug, like its meant to be.

Yeah, thats one thing I was going to be checking. Their solid tires, not pneumatic, so we'll see.

btw: the first smoke went very well. Held 230-240 for 6 hours with the charcoal basket half filled. Actually had to kill the fire because the family had to go somewhere, probably had another 2 hours of coal left. And the tires weren't even affected.
