Hi all, just saying hi to those who care. Hailing from Ontario, Canada. I got my first taste of smoked animals at my brother-in-laws.

Loved it, decided to build my own smoker (pics will follow). Anyway, that's about it. Have a lot to learn still. That's why I decided to join and ask questions and chat.
