Hello all, been reading here for a few years but my just now joined. I smoke with an electric smoker. We have tried all kinds of meats from chicken breast to pork ribs to Boston butt. We like apple or cherry wood. We use it about once a month during the warm weather months. Thanks for all the great posts, it has helped me learn a lot.
