Hi, my name is Ken. I live in central Illinois and have been smoking on and off for 20 years or so. Told my wife I wanted a new Masterbuilt (dual fuel) smoker for Christmas and am getting more serious about it. Found this website a few days ago and decided to join and learn from you folks who are obviously very good at smoking. Thanks for the wealth of information you freely share and for the help I am sure I will need.
