Haven't posted anything in quite some time, so figured I'd share. I couldn't help but be triggered by disco disco and the sweet ABT post, as I love all things ABT. Pretty sure I tried a PBJ variant once but really don't recall the details. Anyhow, I put a batch together while smoking some ribs and using my brand spankin' new LEM big bite dehydrator to do a test run batch of beef jerky. I already did some sweet taters for doggo, but I bought it primarily for jerky.

Melinda's for the win. I bought that to make a bbq glaze and liked it so much I can't stop eating it. Topped them off with the jalapeno pimento that the local harris teeter makes. Also, these came off my lone surviving jalapeno plant this year. They'll be going on when the ribs have about an hour to go.

Loving the new dehydrator. Wish I would have bought this a while ago.

And a rack of St Louis style with a light dusting of Blues Hog Original rub.

Hope everyone is having a great weekend and thanks for looking.

I got one pic of the ribs, and it's as unfocused as can be, which sucks because they came out great.

Good looking food. I have tried pimento cheese abt's a couple times but most the cheese came out. They where good though.
I always do the canoe style and give a pretty tight wrap on the bacon.

All looks great and the ABT post by disco disco really has the wheels in my head turning...
Me too. I might make another batch later today to try the cream cheese instead of pimento. We'll see what my brain comes up with.

If that's a crappy Pic then I'd really like to have some now, because they looked fantastic! As did the ABTs! I'm betting there's alot of ABTs gonna be made since disco disco posted his. Glad to hear you like the dehydrator, been thinking of updating to one.
