Haven't posted anything in quite some time, so figured I'd share. I couldn't help but be triggered by
disco
and the sweet ABT post, as I love all things ABT. Pretty sure I tried a PBJ variant once but really don't recall the details. Anyhow, I put a batch together while smoking some ribs and using my brand spankin' new LEM big bite dehydrator to do a test run batch of beef jerky. I already did some sweet taters for doggo, but I bought it primarily for jerky.
Melinda's for the win. I bought that to make a bbq glaze and liked it so much I can't stop eating it. Topped them off with the jalapeno pimento that the local harris teeter makes. Also, these came off my lone surviving jalapeno plant this year. They'll be going on when the ribs have about an hour to go.
Loving the new dehydrator. Wish I would have bought this a while ago.
And a rack of St Louis style with a light dusting of Blues Hog Original rub.
Hope everyone is having a great weekend and thanks for looking.
