I just cant stop turning this thing on. So far this rt700 has been turning out delicious food. First run was a couple tri tips. Did some pork ribs yesterday and tossed on a 7.9 lb butt this am for dinner.

Well it finished after about 10 hours. I had to turn it up to a out 270 to finish it for dinner today. Not all that thrilled with the result, but was still "okay" to me. Next time I may try a spritz or a water pan. Never actually used those methods before but always willing to try something new. It seemed to come out more dry than when I did them in an old UDS of mine. Any pointers for a new pellet smoker would be appreciated. As I type I may not have let it rest enough either. Dang. Only rested 30 mins. Anyway pics attached of tonight's grub. Went high end on the plates. :)
