Just bought my first smoker

Good evening, I've been searching this forum and found a ton of great info. My name is Adam in Lynchburg Virginia, just purchased the masterbuilt 30" electric smoker and am ready to start smoking! Looking forward to learning a lot from the pros here!

Start with something simple and play with flavors and find your tastes. There are an incredible amount of recipe's and knowledge on this forum. You will not be disappointed...
