Wanted something smoked so I pulled a rack of ribs out of the freezer. Sprinkled with assorted seasonings put it on the spit over kbb and cherry and pecan.

 
I so need to make me a spit smoker.

I have a 22.5 kettle with Cajun bandit rotisserie ring and spit and motor,a nice combo. Thanks many things are great on the rotisserie Tri tip tomorrow.:biggrin:
