So we have a fundraiser tomorrow so tonight starts 130lbs of Pork. I have 120lbs of Tri Tip to do tomorrow.

I would love to have a big smoker like yours, but I don't know what I would do with it!

It would never fit in my yard, and I very seldom cook for more than 10 people.

But it sure would look cool sitting out there!

Thanks guys. It was a wonderful time. Also it was great to see the 4H kids get so involved. I have received feedback and several of the board members were very pleased with the meal and they hope we bid it again next year so that made me feel great.
