Just a couple of fatty's

Made up a couple fatty's for the week end. I don't think they will last that long. Any way here are a few pictures.

Looks mighty nice to me.  Looks like scrambled eggs and potato to me.  Heck, even if it isn't I still think it looks beautiful.

I used mesquite wood to smoke them and yes they are egg and potato. I didn't use them spam. It was left overs from breakfast.
