whats happening on the menus for sunday?

anything different or the usual ribs brisket and dogs?
 
Gonna be out of town with no smoker. Might have to hit up a Portland member to borrow a smoker

Totally up in the air.  Boy is home from trainin, daughter in law is gonna pop any day now so we ain't settin nothin up cause ya never know when yer gonna have ta go ta the hospital.  Got a freezer full a ribs wan'tin smoke, so ....................dang I don't know!

I'm not real sure right now but there is about 4-5 racks of ribs and a couple of butts and a few briskets and some turkeys and a chicken so something in the freezers not gonna be there much longer.  
 
I plan on making some baby backs for the family maybe Saturday and warming them up Sunday.  Dogs sound like a good idea for the kids, too.
 
Last 4th with my nephew before he ships off to Paris Island in October so we will be fixing whatever he wants....He lives in KY but loves coming up to Indiana for the small town 4th celebration with typical parades, ice cream socials, rib eye steak dinners and all that stuff.  Besides he can actually shoot of fireworks here as he cant in KY, too many horses on the farm to spook.  I'm hoping he wants baby back - I'm wanting to try the champs method with the brown sugar.
