Hey everyone,

new to the site and relatively new to smoking. I'm only 23 but have really been enjoying it and definitely consider it one of my favorite hobbies.  I got a masterbuilt propane smoker as a gift about a year and a half ago and have been hooked ever since.  Not sure how many of you live in a region that has been experiencing this dreadful winter, but if you do I'm sure you can sympathize with me when I say I am looking forward to some patio weather with my smoker going and some cold beers.  I joined the site because I am just looking to get all the helpful insight that I can.  Looking forward to learning a lot!

Hello Josh and welcome!  We're glad you've joined the group.  You'll find that we enjoy helping and encouraging one another, so just ask when there is anything you need...someone here will surely have the answer.

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
