I've always enjoyed eating - and the making of - smoked foods all around the world but am excited to finally have my own outdoor space (and a Camp Chef PG24DLX pellet smoker). Just the latest, and definitely largest, in my collection of culinary gadgets to indulge my cooking habit.

And no, despite being in the nation's capital, I am not in politics...
