Hi everyone, like most men I have been BBQn for a long time, I have recently retired and will have more time to do some things that I want to do. One of those is to look for better results on the times I will be grillin. A little about me: I am a retired certified master auto technician and auto repair instructor, I have actively restored cars (and houses too) so I am not afraid to try new things, and learn from others more knowledgeable than I. I currently have and use a very old charcoal BBQ, but I will be adding a natural gas grill, and a smoker What to get? You guys can help me decide. I guess I will be reading a lot of your posts in my quest to learn, THANKS, Bill
