Tempting pictures. Very nice, now I got hungry for lunch looking at these sausages.

Are these the "Original" kind?

Thank You Humo!!
I think they were.

So those are the cured / fully cooked sausage ? Those make a good meal . My buddy brings them to deer camp .

Looks good . I might go with kraut , yellow mustard and caraway seeds on mine .
Snow make it there yet ?

Thank You Rich!!
I only use this sauce or Ketchup for these Cured Smoky Brats.
Mustard & sometimes Kraut go on my Hot Dogs.

Looks good. Giant in Harrisburg carried a line of sausages from Bruce Aidell. Some really flavorful varieties that are Chicken based. Tasty and not greasy. They include, Andouille, Chicken and Apple, Smoked Chicken w/Artichoke and Garlic, Bacon, Mushroom and Swiss, Pablano and Paprika, Sundried Tomato, Chorizo, Habanero and Green Chile, Chicken and Mango and Habanero with Pepper Jack...JJ

Thank You Jimmy!!
I never had them, but most of them sound pretty good!!
That's a lot of good stuff!

I smoked about 12 lbs of these in my vertical this summer for a family reunion. I was already smoking butts for the pulled pork and figured rather than light the grill I would wing it and smoke them. They were the bomb!! People raved about them all day.

Thanks Jcam!!

Brats look really good Bear, Johnsonville is about all we can get around here also. Snowfall is at about 5" and still coming around my parts.

Point for sure.

Looks good Bear.

I have the urge now to fire up the grill...problem is it’s buried under 13” of snow.

Thanks Xray!!
I was wondering how much you got---We only got 9" this time!!

Ended up with about a foot, melting slowly but melting, making room for more

Yup, We're down to about 2" on the ground yet here!!
I'm tired of it already!!

Bear, A great post as always ! :) I'm doing brats for lunch but not on the grill too cold !

Thank You CM !!
The Grill is the only way I make these things, ever since I used to get that other brand that squirted Fats out of the cracks that formed in the skins while cooking. Mrs Bear wouldn't like that in her Kitchen!!
