I have read great things about this product, especially on beef, and just ordered some.
First of the 23 ingredients is salt, and that makes me wonder if I have to be real careful how much I use, so my meat does not come out too salty, especially on a steak which is thinner than a brisket or roast.
Do they make a reduced sodium version, or it it not necessary?
Thanks!

Taste it before you put it on your meat. If it's too salty you should be able to tell. If you don't the rub before it goes on the meat - chances are you won't like it after. Sorry I can't offer more help as I've never heard of that brand before.
