Tried beef jerky for the first time in my MES, I apologize for no precook picks . Marinated sliced in a mix of apple cider vinegar, Worcester sauce, and brown sugar for about four hours. using mesquite chips.

275 for about 3 hours, some had a little burnt taste, but as so many things the taste improves a day or two latter. Still have a lot left.
Next time I'll try a lower temp for longer.
 
That temp is a little high for jerky. I usually do 130° for a hr with no smoke, then bump up to 160° for couple hrs with smoke. Bump to 180° until done to desired texture.
