Something about pork tenderloin makes the best jerk meat. I have made jerk couple times but Walkerswood jerk marinade so good I just use it. With the smoked cured pork loin tomorrow think I have the makings for a good Cuban.

Salad before drowning it in Blue Cheese Dressing and croutons.

Very good jerk. Corn was really good for early year.

Looks really good.

Love jerk, have tried Walkers Wood but Ive used Graces on pork, chicken and shrimp and love it.

Looks great man. I love all things jerk. I believe Walkers Woods and Grace are both excellent.

I love jerk anything. I think for me it's the allspice that just makes it seem so different from other rubs or marinades. Perfect cook on the pork.

Got smoker loaded up with cured chicke breast, cured pork loin and beef ribs.
