Just got this grill time in and the dogs walked prior to a short but heavy downpour!! Jerk marinated chicken tenders and pork steak grilled on the Kamado over oak charcoal. Served up with some tangy warm red cabbage and collard slaw and grilled jalapeños. I used Grace hot jerk wet rub mixed with olive oil for the marinade. Nothing fancy but damn tasty. I forgot just how much I like pork steaks grilled to medium.
