Had my wife mix up her jepleno turkey meatloaf she makes in the oven for me to smoke. Placed plastic wrap in the meatloaf dish to make it easy to remove from the pan to smoke. Put the pan in the fridge for and hour to get the loaf stiff and moved it to a cookie cooling rack to sit on in the smoker.

Put some kosmos killer bee honey Chipotle rub on it and smoked it with some hickory and cherry wood at 325 deg for about 1 1/2 hours.

Brought it inside to rest while my wife air fried some Sriracha sweet potato frys. Also had green beans and tomatoes from the garden. Was a great meal and healthy too even though I'm a pork and beef guy this turkey loaf is awesome!
